The Whole30 eliminates all inflammatory foods, including alcohol, sugars and artificial sweeteners, dairy, legumes (soy, too) and grains (corn, wheat, rice, etc). This diet is meant to last ONLY 30 days and to reset your digestive system. I just felt like I needed to cleanse, so we’re going for it!
I thought I should make all of this diet very transparent and hold myself accountable! Thank you for following and I will be posting images on Insta & maybe an IGTV segment! What would you like to see? Has anyone else done the Whole30 or thinking about starting it????
